So what kind of fool am I??? Twice this year at the gym, in fact at two separate gym’s, I’ve had the bar bell clips ‘stolen’ (may be too harsh of a term) in the middle of my workout. Both times by younger, ‘I’m so cool’ types. You know what I mean; shaved head, tattoos, body piercing, etc… But then, event though I knew they took the item, I said nothing and then went off and found another clip.
Now who’s wrong here??? The thief that thought he got away with the perfect crime or I, NOT letting him know positively that what he had done was socially unacceptable. Would Confrontation in this case be appropriate or is just getting another clip show that I am the better man.
Even with 1500 miles of separation, both of these ‘culprits’ seem to have the same level of at apathy toward their fellow man. So does this mean that this generation has no respect for anyone or anything??? How much would you bet that these are the same guys that leave their empty soft drink cups on the curb, e.g. the world is their garbage can. It’s all about me, right????
